What I collect and why

Contact form: your name, your email and your message. I use them only to reply to you and, if we work together, to prepare the project.

Free website check: the address you paste is sent to my server, which downloads that page to run the checks. I do not store the address or the result. Your IP address is kept in memory for a few minutes to limit abuse.

This site is for businesses and adults. Please do not send sensitive data or data about minors.

How it reaches me

The form is delivered to my inbox through Web3Forms. If you use WhatsApp, the message leaves from your device and arrives directly.

Who else handles your data

I do not sell your data. It passes through the providers that make the site work: Web3Forms (delivers the form), hCaptcha (anti-spam check in the form), Google (my email), Meta (WhatsApp, if you choose it) and Vercel (hosting and visit statistics). Some may be outside Colombia.

Cookies, analytics and storage

Vercel Web Analytics counts visits and clicks on WhatsApp without cookies. hCaptcha only loads when you start typing in the form and may store technical data in your browser to tell people from robots.

Your browser also keeps, on your device, your language choice (a cookie my server reads to show the right version), your light or dark theme and the secrets you find on the site.

Your rights

You can access, update, correct and delete your data, withdraw your consent, ask for proof of it and learn how I use it. You can also file a complaint with Colombia's Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).

Write to crisperezm879@gmail.com. I answer queries within 10 business days and complaints within 15 business days.

Security and retention

I apply reasonable measures to protect your data. I keep your messages as long as needed to handle your request, the business relationship and legal obligations, and delete them afterwards.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will publish the new version here with its date.
